Our leadership development programs for teenagers and young adults aim to equip emerging leaders with the skills, mindset, and experiences essential for success in personal, professional, and community roles. We nurture leadership qualities through mentorship, experiential learning, and skill-building activities that provide impactful real-world training. This training focuses on developing critical leadership skills, including communication, decision-making, teamwork, empathy, and ethical leadership, fostering a generation of confident, innovative, and socially-conscious leaders.

We work with educational institutions and youth groups to identify potential leaders.
The leadership workshops from CADRESIX are designed to develop potential leaders and help strengthen and align current leaders by putting them to the test. The CADRESIX instructors will guide them through scenarios, discussions, and challenges that will help increase their communication, decision making, delegation, and prioritization skills. By applying lessons learned in the classroom along with completing hands on challenges and reality-based scenarios, current and potential leaders will discover a newly found understanding of what it means to lead from the front and to work as one collective leadership team.

FUTURE LEADERS WORKSHOP
2-DAYS
Designed for those who have been identified as potential leaders and want to enhance or evaluate their leadership knowledge and skills. We focus on foundations of leadership such as effective decision making, attention to detail, communication, delegation, and how to lead effectively while striving for mission success. Potential leaders who complete this workshop will gain an understanding of what it means to be a strong and successful leader.
LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE
HALF DAY
This is where leaders embrace challenge, and here you will step out of your comfort zone and be immersed in high pressure situations and
scenarios for you to grow. While taking on an array of physical and mental challenges, you must apply your leadership skills in unique scenarios while working effectively and efficiently with other leaders. You will be required to push beyond your limits while your abilities are being put to the test during this challenging workshop.
LEADERSHIP ALIGNMENT
2-DAYS
Created for existing leaders, this workshop focuses on uniting you to encourage a collective team effort and to solidify your skills as a team leader. Through completing a variety of unique challenges, discussions, and activities you will gain the knowledge needed to move forward, together, with your team in a streamlined direction. You will feel more energized and motivated, and will bring that positivity to your team by implementing skills that you've honed with us.
By integrating skills and strategies from both the military and Law Enforcement sectors, CADRESIX introduces a unique and dynamic approach to leadership development. Our team has amassed a wealth of diverse experiences worldwide, ranging from the battlefield to the boardroom.
